Gray's has about 15 acres under production growing fresh produce.  In addition to outdoor gardens, they also have six 12 foot by 50 foot high tunnels  and two heated 30 X 96 high tunnels that they grow tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, beans, and cucumbers in.  When visiting Gray's Garden and Greenhouse at their farm stand or at a local farmer's market, you will find the following produce in season:  beans (yellow and green) broccoli, blueberries, cabbage, cantaloupe, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers (pickling and slicing), eggplant, garlic, leeks, lettuce, onions, peas, peppers (sweet and hot), potatoes, pumpkins, rhubarb, spinach, strawberries, sweet corn, tomatoes (grape, cherry, slicing), watermelon, winter squash (acorn, blue hubbard, buttercup, butternut, and spaghetti), yellow summer squash, and zucchini.
